Colorado Sage Femme offers Childbirth Education Classes for parents to be. Educating parents abo
ut labor and delivery empowers them to embrace their child's birth without fear. Classes are offered as a Six Week Class or a One Day Power Push in order to meet individual family needs. A colorful workbook is provided to help parents prepare for each class. Classes are designed to integrate multiple learning styles by using colorful graphics, hands on techniques, videos, and much more. Parents who complete the classes will learn how a mother's body is designed to cope with delivery, techniques to encourage the laboring mother, medical interventions, pain management, newborn care and a seventh class is available for households with siblings and/or pets.
